After updating to current SVN from 1.0.4 I have a problem when caller party hangs up a call. I have 3 seconds timeout before B leg disconnects. I think that this is caused by code in switch_ivr_bridge.c in function static switch_status_t audio_bridge_on_exchange_media(switch_core_session_t *session)
