Currently I made this kind of setup. Everything, including pjsip based client implementation, is as you described.

I use FS in bypass_media mode in order to be able to utilize all NAT traversing capabilities possible while using pjsip with reTurnServer.

So far so good for me. But still, I have very limited traffic for now.
