If changes to the internal profile makes the external profile work differently, I would guess you are not connecting to the external profile on port 5080 as you think. Are you really sure that the incomming call enters FS external profile on port 5080?

in interal.xml in sip_sofia, can i make the external call connect.

but isn't port 5080 auth free? should i make some modification in external.xml?
