A call flows through 3 freeswitch servers. Each call is bridged to the other with pass_rfc2833 set.

The DTMF tones are sometimes not passed correctly or at all.

So the caller would enter 123456, we would sometimes just receive 1236 or nothing at all at the last FS server.

The variable fixed this in 1.2.13.
