Basically, what I am trying to achieve is to connect FreeSWITCH to an existing PBX that has H323 connectivitiy. It is a traditional PBX with ISDN trunks and H323 (for it's VoIP end points).
I am trying to expand it by adding FreeSWITCH to it, so that extensions on both systems will be able to call each other, and I am now at the early stages of working out how each of the systems should be configured, that is, do I need to specifically tell FreeSWITCH the IP address of the H323 card in the traditional PBX?

This parameter is very useful, if you want to run e.g. the Freeswitch as an SBC(resp. h323/SIP Gateway) with the H323 leg in one network and the SIP leg in another network.
