The problem is we're not moving to PROGRESS_MEDIA state. I confirmed that the ISDN pcap has the progress indicator in the PROGRESS message, therefore we should be moving to PROGRESS_MEDIA.

Are you working with latest libsng_isdn and freetdm?

Latest version for sure should be moving to PROGRESS_MEDIA.
