Talking of trademarks.. Wandered over to the Gizmo Project website earlier and noticed they've got a new business product compatible with Freeswitch (sic). Now trademarks aside, it's FreeSWITCH isn't it? Kind of like BlackBerry. I get frowned at by SWMBO when I don't spell it right (or even worse call it a CrackBerry).

Off to the pub now to sit in the sun and drink beer, but thought I'd mention this one before I forgot, or even worse tried to reply when I was wasted.

Look on the bright side: when people start ripping you off this blatantly it means you've hit the big time!

As for resolving the situation, perhaps there's a way to monetize that site, i.e. trademark licensing deal, etc.?

Not to mention it's violating my trademark without my permission.

Forgot to mention in that last email, I stumbled across something from
Cyneric (http://freeswitchbilling.net/) but the site seems a little
vague..
