Try dial as
originate {sip_invite_to_uri=<sip:${destination_number}@mydomain.org>}user/reg_user@mydomain.org & park
or
<action application="bridge" data="{sip_invite_to_uri=<sip:${destination_number}@mydomain.org>}user/reg_user@mydomain.org"/>
Also check sip_invite_req_uri variable.
