Hi,

I used tone_detect. I thought it was solved in your post. I inserted this before bridge or transfer app:

<action application="tone_detect" data="busy 450 r 0 hangup 'normal_clearing' 3"/>

450 is the busy tone. 3 is the number of times required to execute "hangup". I increased 3 to 5 to prevent false hangup (under observation).
