In my case, FreeSWITCH did actually send the BYE but sent it over UDP instead of TCP for some reason so it didn't get picked up by the receiver. I never did figure out why and changed our test to use UDP exclusively instead. We are now using a later version of FreeSWITCH (1.6.12) and I haven't re-tested recently to see whether the same thing still happens.

I've got this situation where fs received a BYE from the bleg, on the cli it prints out "sending BYE to [channel]", but no BYE is actually sent. This is on TCP.
This happened to anyone else? (Fs 1.4)
