Can you try using a different browser?

If that fails then try doing a password reset using;
https://wiki.freeswitch.org/wiki/Special:PasswordReset

If the password reset fails, then reach out to Ken or Michael and ask them to look into your username. You can email them on;
krice@freeswitch.org / msc@freeswitch.org
