This looks like a misconfigured box. Try setting the cdr_csv.conf.xml conf file&#39;s legs param to a only:<div><br></div><div>&lt;param name=&quot;legs&quot; value=&quot;a&quot;/&gt;</div><div><br></div><div>If it is using XML CDR&#39;s then you&#39;ll need to go into the xml_cdr.conf.xml and set this param:</div>
