Yes you can. Sofia is licensed under LGPL which allows you to use it for proprietary apps. More here :  http://www.gnu.org/licenses/why-not-lgpl.html

Hello,

Is it possible to use Sofia sip stack for free of cost in commercial application? I want to integrate Sofia sip stack with Android and develop an application and release it commercially. Is there any licensing restrictions?

Thank you,
Chandramouli.
