When you say download sound files, where from?  And how is that defined in the ivr menu?

I looked over the wiki but couldn’t figure out the flow.

Plus I keep getting this message after enter the digit 5

FYI, Sonus cannot follow the RFC on the proper way to send DTMF.
Sadly, my creator had to spend several hours figuring this out so I thought you'd like to know that!
Don't worry, DTMF will work but you may want to ask them to fix it......

You need to download sound files manually.The users returned MUST be a member of a group.
