Umm, is there a wiki page for that? This is my 2^nd day using freeswitch.

 

Could the problem be my softphone?

You'll need to pastebin a complete log of the call from start to finish. Also, turn on sip trace so that you can see what is "really" happening between your SIP endpoints.
