JIRA specifically asks you to try code as of NOW, If you can’t then you can only do the best you can… We move rather quick and as of late users aren’t even trying recent code before opening a JIRA even thou it asks you to do so.

In cases like this, the best you can will have to be good enough,
updating every 6 hrs seems a bit silly.

Hey Brian,
I have an intermittent issue with voicemail I'd like to file a Jira
for.  I never know when it's going to happen and usually the
frequency is a matter of days.  My last update was on 04/24/14
(1.5.12b+git~20140424T190518Z~7e15c938e2~64bit.) and I've just been
told the issue happened again.  Does your email mean I should be
updating every 6 hours?    Or would my Jira be accepted using the pull
from 04/24/14?

Thanks much,

Peter Hartmann
