gsmopen: moved config files to configs dir

Added Paths

• freeswitch/branches/gmaruzz/mod_gsmopen/configs/asound.conf
• freeswitch/branches/gmaruzz/mod_gsmopen/configs/gsmopen.conf.xml

Removed Paths

• freeswitch/branches/gmaruzz/mod_gsmopen/asound.conf
