I would like to update example config of file format_cdr.conf.xml

I would like to change from:

<!-- encode the post data may be 'true' for url encoding, 'false' for no encoding, 'base64' for base64 encoding or 'textxml' for text/xml -->

to:

<!-- encode the post data may be 'true' for url encoding, 'false' for no encoding, 'base64' for base64 encoding, 'textxml' for text/xml or 'appljson' for application/json -->

This particular config was very handy for us and I think some other might appreciate this too.

Is there any process how I can propose such changes for example configs?
