[Freeswitch-dev] Installing Freeswitch with non-default paths
Hello, I can install freeswitch to the default path and it works using the tarball snapshot, but I really want to install it using configure switches (--bindir, --libdir, --with-modinstdir, etc). But when I install using non-default paths I get the following errors when starting freeswitch, and even starting it with CLI switches ('sudo freeswitch -conf ... -mod ...) does not seem to help. Is there a path bug such that some parts of the installed software don't get the memo that a non-default path was set? 2010-10-25 18:00:42.223012 [CONSOLE] switch_core.c:1596 Loading Modules. 2010-10-25 18:00:42.223261 [CRIT] switch_loadable_module.c:926 Error Loading module /CORE_SOFTTIMER_MODULE.so **dlopen(/CORE_SOFTTIMER_MODULE.so, 6): image not found** 2010-10-25 18:00:42.223338 [CRIT] switch_loadable_module.c:926 Error Loading module /CORE_PCM_MODULE.so **dlopen(/CORE_PCM_MODULE.so, 6): image not found** Thank you.
