All, I am in need for a FreeSwitch COM interface. Is there any functionality in mod_lua to interface to Microsoft COM objects. If not is it overly complex to include the LuaCOM library. Bob Clayton
Well if we get mod_clr working, you'll be able to host CLR code in process, then take advantage of MS's CLR COM Interop. You could try it out with mod_mono; it seems that there's a tiny bit of support: http://www.mono-project.com/COM_Interop -Michael -----Original Message----- From: freeswitch-dev-bounces@lists.freeswitch.org [mailto:freeswitch-dev-bounces@lists.freeswitch.org] On Behalf Of Robert Clayton Sent: Monday, September 15, 2008 1:13 PM To: freeswitch-dev@lists.freeswitch.org Subject: [Freeswitch-dev] Lua COM Interface All, I am in need for a FreeSwitch COM interface. I think that is implemented as an addon to lua. You should be able to compile and load that as any other lua module. As Michael said in the other response, it may be interesting to do mod_clr and have a tighter interface than luacom may provide. Mike
