We should probably change conference_local_play_file to use the sound prefix in my opinion for consistency.

User entering a conference should hear a set of sounds (enter-pin, bla bla).

conference_local_play_file requires full path conference_play_file function requires only a file name and prepends it with sound-prefix :)

So either the conference_local_play_file should prepend the filename or the calls to conference_local_play_file should be given full-path to sound files (and apparently are not).
