[Freeswitch-dev] Silence in conference recording
Hi, I use the recording functionality of mod_conference to record conference calls. The recording is save to a .wav file. Now for the second time in a few months I experienced something strange. The recording goes silent after 15 minutes of recording. But the recording is not stopped. There is nothing strange found in logging. And other recordings are not having this issue. Is there anyone who knows anything about this and how to fix or prevent this. Thanks. Miguelo

I was not able to reproduce the issue. But I just experienced it again on my production machine. Again no logging and nothing strange freeswitch didn't crash and no calls where disconnected. This was on version 1.4.13 I already installed version 1.4.15 on my production machine to see if it would happen again. But that version crashed so I had to downgrade again. Because this only happens in production I want to install a new version to see if it still occurs. But i cannot use the latest stable (1.4.15) as it crashed already once, do you have any idea when the next 1.4 version will be released. I stil have this issue using version 1.4.18 But I don't know how to make a proper bug report as there is nothing in the logging, freeswitch is not crashing and other recordings don't have this issue it really seems to be random. The server I use has 32GB of ram. a Intel Xeon E5-2640 v3 2.6GHz processor The recordings are saved on a seperate partition on a SAS hard drive with at the time of the recording 95% of the partition free space The OS i use is debian 7.8 kernel 3.2.0-4-amd64 #1 SMP Debian 3.2.65-1+deb7u2 x86_64 GNU/Linux Do you have any idea where i have to pay extra attention so I can make a bug report the next time this happens?
