I would like to know if there exists any code that would solve constructing a SQL IN query.

If not, I would like to contribute one. 

I think of implementing something ie `switch_sqlinmprintf` which would call `base_vprintf` with a callback accepting an array of char * and formatting them with '%Q' specifier.

I would greatly appreciate any help or pointers on function names implementation...
