It's there and it has to be used either in the way to create a JSON string out of switch_ivr_generate_json_cdr and re-parse it in libbson (which is highly inefficient), or to re-implement switch_ivr_generate_json_cdr in the module with libbson (which I did).

None of my changes touches or change switch_ivr.

Which may lead to inconsistencies when the core changes. I guess that will only be a problem for users of that module.
