You press FLASH on fxs to get a dialtone and make another call.
You hangup the fxs completely (ONHOOK) and one of the 2 calls do not end?

The current intended behavior is when you FLASH fxs you can make
another call and switch back and forth with subsequent FLASH. But if
the fxs is ONHOOK all the calls should end.

with my phone company if I go on hook with a call on hold the will make my phone ring to let me know, and if I dont answer after 3 or 4 rings they will hang up on the person. Would it not be a good idea to add that as an option instead of just hanging up when on hook?
