Is it possible to to have freeswitch encrypt only the B leg of a call on outbound calls?

I have no issue on inbound calls using TLS / SRTP but cant get it to work on outbound calls. If I set the register transport to TLS in the gateway it seems to want to encrypt both legs of the call. If I leave the register transport blank I send a standard SIP invite to my carrier. If I put the transport=tls in the dialplan then I get "You are trying to use a different transport type for this gateway".

Any advice is appreciated. Thanks in advance
