i was using VS2017 with SDK10 on master and it was building just
fine but today FS1.8 code released to master and that broke
compile on windows using VS2017 and SDK10, FreeSwitchConsole.exe
doesnt build even though the rest of it compiled just fine and
also mod_av used to build find on older master that totally
broke but i can live without it.<br>
