H264 may be enabled in the default configs, however centos is missing the required libs in their RPM repos and they do not publish them. You’ll have to look and see what Debian does for this and figure out how to get them imported into your system as FreeSWITCH does not ship a working H264 transcoding module needed for video conferencing with H264. FreeSWITCH depends on the distros to do this.
