<div dir="ltr">Can you get a packet trace of the OPTIONS? This could mean you're getting packet loss, or the gateway isn't responding to some of the OPTIONS packets. If it's not 100% loss it'd let some packets through but occassionally drop others which can make the state flap between up and down. You can tune ping-min and ping-max to handle a small amount of missed OPTIONS without marking it as down.
