After we learned of the incident, I called in to our system from my cell<br>
phone, and got the same response. The prompt was a male voice, not the<br>
usual female voice that most of the system messages are recorded in. If<br>
it is useful, I can recreate the original configuration, see if anything<br>
useful shows up on the console or in the logs.<br>
