<p dir="ltr">Is it possible one of the phones had call forwarding enabled?</p>

caller was prompted to enter an "external access code", which of course<br>

Is there a way that the group could be defined so that, if the call goes<br>
unanswered, the call will be directed to voicemail?<br>
