<p dir="ltr">Is it possible one of the phones had call forwarding enabled?</p>

I have a small group defined in my set up. and normally it works as<br>
expected (all phones ring at the same time).<br>

The other day we had a case where an incoming call was not answered. The<br>
caller was prompted to enter an &quot;external access code&quot;, which of course<br>

What should have happened?<br>

Is there a way that the group could be defined so that, if the call goes<br>
unanswered, the call will be directed to voicemail?<br>
