<p dir="ltr">I've seen similar things in both scenarios ( hold & mute ) but don't recall the specifics of each scenario. I can potentially gather more info tomorrow.</p>
<p dir="ltr">Have you experienced the same things that I'm seeing ? ( have you found fixes ? )</p>
