What does the main FS log show is happening to the call - are you receiving the call from your ITSP? You're not giving us a lot to go on here; it's good your not seeing any red colored error text but there are still plenty of things that cause the scenario you're describing that won't cause any red error text to appear.

If you watch the FS console while you place a call from a phone that's also connected to the same FS instance, do you see the call arrive then? That is, do you get a different result if you place a call from a phone that's not local to your FS; i.e., a call that's going to arrive on port 5080?

If the call does arrive, where is it being routed to? If it doesn't, are you registered with your provider: remember, registration (if it's required) tells your ITSP where to send calls for a given number. Authentication (again, if it's required and not being done by IP address) allows a call to be sent.

The other thing I would check is are you allowing traffic from your ITSP in through your firewall? It's not uncommon to have traffic have to go out on one set of addresses but come in on a different set.

Check those items and if you're still having problems post some specific information such as a portion of the FS log that shows the call arriving and what happens to it subsequently; and perhaps the relevant portions of your dialplan.
