<DIV>Does anyone know if there is a reason why LUA script will not see DTMF
digits when call is initially controlled using ESL. All DTMF seems to work fine
in ESL but when executing luarun, the script fails to see DTMF using
PlayAndGetDigits on the outbound channel.</DIV>
