<div dir="ltr"><div><div><div><div>Hey there!<br><br></div>I was wondering if there is any possibilty to use &quot;mod_fifo&quot; but do NOT answer a call immediately. Instead there should be just a ringing to the originator while being in the queue but NO answer to the call until an agent pick up the call.<br>
