paired with LRN caching. It saves $ for those who pay per query.
It also saves CPU by doing less CPS of dipping.<br>

I think FS will benefit from a special kind of SIP gateway or
perhaps a SIP profile setting. Such gateway / setting would parse
LRN 302's behind the scene and output lrn & npdi as channel
variables. This is to avoid manual redirect processing in the
