<div dir="ltr">Hi Sandra, <div><br></div><div>did you try "sofia profile external siptrace on" to see if maybe the INVITE actually contains the number you have set?</div><div><br></div><div>It might be possible that you have correctly set the number but Sipgate somehow doesn't accept it because you're not allowed to use that number with that account, the format is wrong or something else. </div>
