I'd review the phrases and the mod_voicemail code and see if that phrase is used more than once, if not, then we would just need to record a prompt and modify the phrase. Regardless, open a jira on this issue and any of the information i mention above would be helpful.<div><br></div><div>Thanks</div><div>Mike</div><div><br><div><div>On Jan 14, 2014, at 4:05 PM, Siri MM <<a href="mailto:sirimmfs@gmail.com">sirimmfs@gmail.com</a>> wrote:</div><br class="Apple-interchange-newline"><blockquote type="cite"><div dir="ltr">Hi Michael,<div><br></div><div>Thanks for the reply.</div><div><br></div><div>mod_voicemail already detects that the user doesn't have voicemail enabled:</div><div><div>2014-01-15 07:58:49.997438 [WARNING] mod_voicemail.c:2398 User [<a href="mailto:3402@xx.xx.xx.xx">3402@xx.xx.xx.xx</a>] have voicemail disabled</div>

For example, if voicemail is disabled for a user, but the user tries to access his voicemail box, the prompt just says "Good bye" and hangs up - is there a way I could add some additional recording in this scenario, such as "Voicemail is not enabled, good bye" ?<br></div></blockquote></div></div></blockquote></div><br></div></body></html>
