<p style="">Make sure that both users are in the same domain, e.g. they're using <extension>@<domain-or-ip></p>
<p style="">I had a similar problem because one of the users was connecting to the local IP (1000@192.168.1.100) and the other one was connected to 1001@fs-test.lan) /* fs-test.lan is pointing to 192.168.1.100 in my LAN */. When I registered all users with <extension>@fs-test.lan it started working fine.</p>
