<div dir="ltr">Well, you wouldn't care about that. Just change the chatplan to use the "send" application. Reply just replies to the extension where it came from. I have seen this problem too when sending raw messages to the profile. </div>

I installed freeswitch from the yum repository on a clean centos 6.5, loaded<br>

When I invoke "sofia_contact 1001" from fs_cli, however I get this:<br>

Invoking "sofia_contact 1000", which is not used at the moment returns this:<br>
error/user_not_registered<br>

So, why can't sofia_presence find the registered user when it's listed<br>
correctly and how do I fix this? Thank you in advance.<br>

P.S. Before installing from the RPM repository I compiled it from scratch<br>
following the installation guide, but I had the exactly same problem.<br>
