</div>It's not silly. When you do a reload mod_callcenter, it's actually<br>
deletes all config an adds again agents in the same way as you do from<br>
CLI. In your case isn't better to just set agent's status to 'Loggd Off'<br>
and then 'Available'? Thus retaining agent's settings.<br>
