I had the same problem but the /solution/ was different.<br>
I checked the ports weren't in use etc and everything looked fine.<br>

So in desperation I changed the static IP addresses to local 127.0.0.1. And<br>
it worked sort of...<br>
Loads the profile but I still can't make any outgoing calls:<br>
