If I am using a “<span style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:"Arial","sans-serif";color:black;background:white">agent-with-fewest-calls” strategy and say I add a new agent. Does that new agent get all the calls until the calls_answered counter catches up? Or if an agent logs out and then logs back into a queue say a day later, does he get all the calls until he catches up?</span></p>
