      We have configured a IVVR.<br>

      Here is the call flow:<br>

      1) user makes a call to FS<br>

      2) FS bridges the call to IVVR<br>

      3) IVVR plays welcome video and brdiges the call back to FS

      callcenter<br>

      <br>

      My problem is when FS callcenter recieves the call, it would

      answer the call and IVVR would stop playing welcome video.<br>

      At that monent, agents don't answer the call yet.<br>

      Did I miss configured something and how to disable callcenter auto

      answer?<br>
