<p dir="ltr">The requirement looks pretty basic.</p>
<p dir="ltr">I would personally do as follows:<br>
1. Choose XML CDR<br>
2. Write a script (my choice would be in PHP) that would:<br>
a) get list of files in XML CDR folder<br>
b) parse each of the XML files to extract the fields you mentioned<br>
c) add 1444 in front of caller-id<br>
d) write to database<br>
e) move the XML file to a backup folder</p>
