The field Channel-Call-State is either "ACTIVE", "EARLY" or DOWN, but never "RINGING"<br>

Is there any other event I can trigger on, or is it a bug when I never receive a CHANNEL_CALLSTATE event with Channel-Call-State=RINIGING?<br>
