<div dir="auto"><div>Compare CDRs with the provider to see whether they see the calls. If they do the problem isn&#39;t at your end. They could be generating that cause for a number of reasons, or it could be coming from even further upstream.<br>

How many calls are you trying to start at once?  You could just be pissing off the switch on the other side by bring up too many calls quickly.<br>
