I try to maintain the status(state) of the FS agents from these
two commands.<br>
list_users<br>
callcenter_config agent list<br>
<br>
I'm confused with their results.<br>
<list_users> says the agent is </font>error/user_not_registered.<br>
<<font face="Arial">callcenter_config agent list> says this
agent is Available|Waiting.<br>
<br>
Does this normal?<br>
Should I change some other commands?<br>
