If you turn on a sip trace with "sofia profile internal siptrace on" you<br>
should be able to see why FS is responding to the caller with USER_BUSY.<br>
Usually I see this because someone accidentally hit DoNotDisturb, or<br>
they have a misconfiguration in the call forwarding feature on their phone.<br>
