Do you have your users set up in the directory?<br>Do your phones register properly for those users?<br>Can you make a call from one user to another user?<br><br>If you have all three of those working then your "internal" stuff is good.<br>
<br>Did you great a configuration file for your SIP provider?<br>Is it located in sip_profiles/external/ subdirectory?<br>What is the output of 'sofia status' from fs_cli?<br><br>All of this information is in the wiki, but if you're having trouble with the way the wiki laid out then I might suggest that you get the <a href="http://link.packtpub.com/nuIOlX">FreeSWITCH Cookbook</a>. It has simple "recipes" for doing all this stuff. (Disclosure: I am co-author of the FreeSWITCH Cookbook.)<br>
